Diary Messaging goes hand in hand with our diary system and is an optional feature.
The two-way messaging system allows both parties to plan and communicate in the build up to the appointment.
Once a message has been sent, an email notification can also be sent to the other party alerting them of the new message. Users will simply need to login to their diary to view the message and can also respond from there.
This messaging feature ensures a tailored, needs focussed conversation at the appointment, whether that be a face-to-face or virtual appointment.
